With a strong foundation in rugby coaching and a deep passion for combat sports, I offer a distinctive and energetic approach to personal training. My fitness journey began with a goal to build muscle to increase my strength and boost my performance on the rugby field; This quickly developed into a lasting dedication to strength training and a strong interest in boxing and Muay Thai. My love for strength training lead me to qualify as a personal trainer, which further developed as my involvement in combat sports naturally guided me toward a specialisation in strength and conditioning. This area of coaching has allowed me to blend my love for combat disciplines with evidence-based training methods, helping clients become faster, stronger, and more resilient.
